Business Development Specialist (Royal Palm Beach, FL)
Duties
Identify and develop new business opportunities for property acquisition, sales, and management in South Florida and Colombia. |
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key partners, ensuring long-term success. |
Measure and assess customer satisfaction and report to senior management. |
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across property management, marketing, and transaction departments. |
Actively seek out new projects and investment opportunities, including exclusive projects and visa programs such as EB-5 and E2. |
Manage and enhance the company's presence in the real estate market through digital marketing tools, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships. |
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts to improve methods where needed. |
Track, analyze, and report on market trends and sales performance to drive business growth. |
Present reports to management and realtors to provide insights on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to aid in identifying potential markets. |
Use knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and digital marketing tools to seek business opportunities. |
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development.
Willingness to travel to Colombia 2 days/month.
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
