The 2022 Recap- A Message From Our CEO & Broker

A message from Luban Quiceno, our CEO and Broker:

I want to start off with a sincere thank you. The gratitude that my family has for the company and the community is immense.

2022 was a year of growth and accomplishments, and it was the dedication of our team that made each milestone possible. This year we learned and adjusted to the market changes, which helped us expand our team and welcome several new agents to the Treasure family. We opened an international office in Colombia that is up and running, reaching new heights. Treasure Property Group is also prepared for the second office location in South Florida, with plans to open in the first trimester of 2023.

This year, we were able to help over 300 families reach the dream of homeownership. We guided about 100 investors with their real estate investments and helped them understand the best opportunities for investing their money properly, one of which was new construction. We also contributed to the new construction market in times where there was plenty of demand but decreasing supply, and we only envision building more homes for more families in the upcoming year. We have supported our investors with the right property management so they can have the desired ROI (return on investment).

We have increased our staff and put a strong focus on weekly training for our agents. We have become a strong point of reference in the real estate industry and provide training for the Treasure team to learn more about the market and how to navigate the right tools for success.

Treasure has created a space for university students to complete internships and learn alongside a knowledgeable team. Earlier this year, we were awarded for our internship program, and 2023 is going to be the best year yet, helping young entrepreneurs find their passion and gain expertise. 

We have implemented more efficient systems for our agents' efficiency, providing them with the instruments and tools they need to make dreams come true. People come first, and that is reflected in everything we do.

We continue to believe in our people, our community, and the Treasure team. Our goal is to open up more opportunities for families to see that their real estate dreams are not out of reach. 

I am grateful to God for his plan with this company, which exceeds all expectations and potential... He has given us the drive and motivation to administrate a company that values integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
