Biography

Dedicated, determined, and responsible—all qualities that represent David and shaped him into
the businessman that he is today. Coming from a family-oriented background, his parents were
his biggest motivators and support system throughout his career.

Originally from Ecuador, he studied business administration in Mexico until his family moved to
Florida where he completed his degree in business at Florida Atlantic University. With a keen
interest in real estate, he found himself surrounded by many in the industry which opened the
door for David to get involved. He enjoys implementing his business driven mindset and
interpersonal skills throughout his work as he continues on improving every day.

Aside from growing in his real estate profession, when it comes to David’s hobbies, they are
unlike any other ordinary activity. Having his pilot license and experience of the air force from
his father, he enjoys flying planes and other aircrafts. His goal is to relate and add value to every
relationship he makes in the community, being a strong point of reference in the real estate
business.
